Hatton Boxing: “Euro Glory” Tonight At Manchester Velodrome

Tonight, Matthew Macklin faces off against Amin Asikainen for the vacant European middleweight title as boxing mad Manchester has reached fever pitch.

Headlining “Euro Glory”, Macklin, 24-2 (17), will finally have the opportunity to reach his potential in this tough showdown with former title holder Asikainen, 26-2 (17).

Birmingham star Macklin already holds the British title but must deliver a strong performance if he is to outslug his seasoned Finnish opponent at Manchester Velodrome.

Chief support is provided by a ten round middleweight contest between Peterborough’s Cello Renda, 17-7-1 (10), and undefeated Sam Horton, 13-0 (2), of Dudley.
