Froch Banking On Home Advantage In Kessler Fight

Carl Froch has issued a war cry to his fans to generate a carnival atmosphere during the public weigh-in for his blockbuster rematch with Mikkel Kessler on Saturday night at the O2 Arena live on Sky Sports Box Office in “Warriors Call”.

Froch has some strong words for Kessler during the O2 press conference, as soon as the pair step in on to the scales into the London Piazza portion of the stunning venue, The Cobra will stare into The Viking Warrior’s eyes for the final time before they lock horns in the most highly anticipated fight this year.

Kessler won yesterday’s coin toss and definitely will walk into the ring second for the fight, and Froch says about the weigh-in will show Mikkel what he can expect once they get right down to business on Saturday night.

“My weigh-ins in many cases are hostile events for the guy in the other corner, and I really hope tomorrow’s is no different,” said Carl Froch. “I would like the fans to come down and provide Mikkel a taste of the wall of noise that may greet him when he steps into the ring on Saturday.

“I’m glad Kessler will walk to the ring second. I am able to walk to the ring and soak up the amazing atmosphere from the greatest crowd either of us has ever performed in front of while he’ll be back stage listening to the Froch Army in full voice.

“I wouldn’t wish to want to walk into that with my opponent standing there, soaking it up and feeling ten feet tall and invincible.”
