ByBoxing Press 30/10/2013

On Saturday night, November 30, at the Santander Arena, King’s Boxing presents at gigantic night of boxing that will feature two title bouts.

In the main event, Harry Joe Yorgey will take on Irishman Lee Murtagh in a bout scheduled for 12 rounds for the WBU Middleweight championship. In the 10 round co-feature, Travis Kauffman will take on Manuel Quezada for the WBU Intercontinental Heavyweight title.

The Hearns victory set up an HBO Televised fight with Alfredo Angulo for the WBO Jr. Middleweight title. Unfortunately, Yorgey came up short. Yorgey then went on to win three in a row which included a first round stoppage over undefeated Zain Shah (5-0). Since dropping a bout to undefeated Jermell Charlo, Yorgey has won two in a row over Julius Kennedy, with the latest being a 10 round majority decision on June 15 in Valley Forge, PA.
