Vic Drakulich will be the referee of the international welterweight title fight and World Boxing Association eliminator on Saturday in Las Vegas, between Amir Khan and Luis Collazo.
The Nevada Athletic Commission also appointed U.S. judges Adalaide Byrd, Jerry Roth and Cathy Leonard to keep the scores.
Collazo, former world champion and current WBA International kking has a record of 35-5, 18 KO’s, while Khan, also a former world champion, is 28-3, 19 KO’s.
The battle will take place before the main event between Marcos Rene Maidana and Floyd Mayweather Jr., who will have Tony Weeks as the third man in the ring, with Dave Moretti, Burt Clements and Michael Pernick in charge of the score cards.
Gilberto Jesus Mendoza will be the WBA supervisor of both fights.
The Nevada Athletic Commission appointed referee Kenny Bayless as the third man in the ring for the battle between Jesus Cuellar and Rico Ramos on Friday in Las Vegas.
The fight will be the first defense of the interim featherweight title owned by the Argentine Cuellar.
Also were appointed as judges Lisa Giampa, Glenn Trowbridge, and David Sutherland. Gilberto Jesus Mendoza will be the supervisor.
Cuellar won the title on September 23, 2013 when he beat Claudio Marrero. He has a record of 23-1, 18 KO’s while his opponent, Ramos stands at 23-3 12 KO’s. He was a super bantamweight champion in 2011.
