WBA Bantam champ Wladimir Sidorenko defends the title against Frenchman Jerome Arnould on June 30 in Marseille. In the co-feature, WBA Female Junior Welter queen Ann-Sophie Mathis give Miriam Lamare a much anticipated rematch.
The show feature the French debut of Willy Blain, who´s been fighting out of Germany for Spotlight Boxing since turning pro. Blain defends the WBO I/C title April 28 in Oberhausern and must win that one of course.
Also on the bill are two French titlefights: Rachid Kanfouah squares off against Karim Bennama at light heavyweight while Jean Marc Monrose takes on Madjid Zaim at cruiserweight.
IBF Middleweight titleholder Arthur Abraham returns as previously reported May 26. Opponent is Canadian Sebastian Demers and site is either Erfurt or Bamberg, Germany. In the co-feature, it’s Marco Huck vs Vadim Tokarev in a IBF eliminator. Middleweight Sebastian Sylvester, the WBA Intercontinental champ, appears on the undercard.
EMA-Telstar, a big concert and events promoter in Scandinavia, will enter the all new Swedish professional boxing scene and have it´s inaugural show scheduled for September 21 in Stockholm. Handling´s EMA-Telstar´s boxing program is Patrick Wheeler, a well known name on the Swedish boxing scene. EMA plans to do four shows 2007-08.
Neva Bear promotes a show in Vyborg, Russia, April 23, with welter veteran Mikhail Krivolapov on top.

Trainer Paddy Fitzpatrick has kept busy since leaving Germany and Elite Box Promotion. Paddy is now based in Swindon, England and will open a gym, Boxing Academy, in the near future. Fitzpatrick trains Swedish fighters Vatche Wartanian and Tonton Semakala.
Italian veteran Massimo Bertozzi fights for the IBF Mediterranean lightweight title against Frenchman Pierre Bonicel May 4 in Covrigo.
