Bivol-Ramirez Purse bid will be held online  – World Boxing Association

The bidding for the World Boxing Association (WBA) light heavyweight world title fight between Dmitry Bivol and Gilberto Ramirez will be online, as determined by the championships committee of the pioneer body.

Although at first, the bidding next Sunday, August 21, was going to be in person, the WBA decided to make the change and will be held online, and notified all the parties about the decision taken.

Bivol is the champion of the category and must fight Ramírez, official challenger to the crown. The split of the auction will be 75% for the champion and 25% for his opponent.
