“Camaron” Zepeda defends his WBA Continental Americas belt against Arboleda next Saturday  – World Boxing Association

William “Camaron” Zepeda will return to the ring next Saturday against Jaime Arboleda in defense of his World Boxing Association (WBA) Continental Americas lightweight belt.

The 26-year-old Mexican will step into the ring at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas, for a new presentation as regional champion of the pioneer organization.

Zepeda is one of the most exciting young fighters at 135 pounds and has been on the rise thanks to his good performances and victories against good opponents.

He defeated Joseph Diaz in his last fight on October 29 to show that he is ready for the experienced fighters in the division. He has also defeated other opponents such as Rene Alvarado, John Vincent Moralde or Hector Tanajara.

Arboleda is a boxer who comes in frank recovery after his defeat against Chris Colbert in December 2012. Since then he has made three fights, all in Panama, and has had three victories. Now he will return to the United States with the intention of making it a different story but he will face a strong opponent like “Camaron”.

Zepeda is undefeated in 27 fights, with 23 knockouts. On the other hand, Arboleda has 19 wins, 2 losses and 14 defeats before the limit.
