Matchroom Boxing to announce major signing on Monday

New star to appear on March 9 show and Froch undercard

Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing will announce a new addition to the stable at a press conference in central London at 10.30am on Monday March 4.

Hearn’s latest recruit will fight on the Betfair ‘London’s Finest’ bill at Wembley Arena on March 9 and – at Monday’s press conference – will be revealed as the first fighter to box on the undercard of Carl Froch’s Sky Box Office showdown with Mikkel Kessler on May 25, at the O2 Arena in London, in ‘Warrior’s Call’ in association with Betfair.
