Battle Of The Alphabet Organizations: WBA KO’s EBA

The court of First Instance N° 05 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, dismissed the lawsuit of the EBA against the World Boxing Association.

Last year, the Sports Cultural Association EBA filed a complaint in a court in Spain against the WBA, claiming working relationship issues.

However, Judge José Núñez Corral ruled the dismissal of the case filed by EBA but also indicates that the European entity shall pay all expenses related to defense.

Judge Nuñez indicateed that after reviewing all the evidence submitted by the parties involved, that he could not verify the allegations presented by the EBA.
