How much food are you eating? If you are eating more food than what you can burn you'll start gaining weight. Stay away from unhealthy food but make sure you are eating foods with complex carbohydrates and protein.

If you post your workout I might be able to comment on it.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

Alright. Before you said you want your arms to get bigger, and we can assume you'd like to increase your strength and overall weight. Now you know what you want, what you need now is approach it as a goal and use a systematic approach to help you make it happen.

There's a few things of which you'll have to establish before you'll be on your way of becoming bigger and stronger. First off you need to write your exercises down so you can monitor your progress. Also include the number of repetitions, sets and weight, if you are doing a bodyweight exercise then you can simply abbreviate it as b.w. Second order of business is that you have to either increase the repetitions, amount of weight/resistance, and then over time cut down the amount of time it takes to do the exercises.

You should be aware of a couple of muscles in your arm. The deltoid muscles in shoulders, the tricep muscles that are in the back of your upper arm that extends it. The Bicep plays an important role as an antagonist which resists the triceps, but more importantly since the powerline in boxing must travel through the joints/tendons, a strong bicep prevents a loss of energy from exiting via the elbow joint. That should give you some background info for now.

Your first priority after you have written down the exercises that you will do is establishing how much weight you can do up a set number of repetitions and sets. This would be sets/ repetitions x amount of weight. Say for your shoulder press you could write down 3 sets of 10 reps of 25kgs. Writing it down in a chart/graph always worked for me, at least you need to write the stuff down.

I also have a couple ideas on a couple of your exercises. Since you're doing pressups every night let's look at how you can increase the resistance. A good way that I found that works is adjusting the leverage and putting more weight onto your arms. Here's the quick and easy way, put your feet on something higher, it could be a couple stairs, your bed, a window sill w/e, what you need to find out is how much what is the highest you can bring your feet up and still be able to do a few sets of 10-15 reps. As you build strength you can adjust your body's angle so that your feet get higher and higher. You can still change the distance in between your hands if you want to put more more emphasis on either your arm or chest.

A couple exercises I'm not going to go over nowis "dips" for your shoulders, lower chess and especially your tricep muscles. You need to look these up. You also need to balance out your workout. I also wouldn't be worried about boxing making you too skinny as long as your diet and food intake in ok, and your exercise routine is in order. I mentioned earlier in this post that you should cut down on the amount of time that it takes for you to complete a particular set of reps of an exercise. I found a good way to keep track is a simple windup oven/stove clock or a stopwatch. You should do your exercises properly but you should decrease the time that it takes for you to do it as your muscles become more conditioned.

If you need me to clearify anything or go into more detail about anything just let me know.

I don't need any clicks, just put a good word in for me when you say your prayers tonight.
