Thread: Tailbone

Uhhhh just badly bruised my tailbone yesterday, it's all black and swollen and hurts like hell to walk, bend down and sit. So missing another day at the gym, starting to annoy me now something just keeps happening lately.

just been icing it constantly since getting home from work, not much else you can do i think.

You ought to consider putting a little Arnica cream over your tailbone.

I know that when it comes to black and blue knuckles, Arnica helps alleviate the swelling and bruises. It also helps with healing and you can find it as a cream or gel. My bet that it should also work in your case.

I was at the local water park thing and they have a tube rapids, i got hit from behind and the person sort of went over me pushing me down so my ass is hanging out the bottom. Wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't just gotten to the actual rapids section, where my ass proceeded to be bounced up and down on concrete, hurt like hell.
