Thread: Will Tony face Paul Williams

I think Tony will rematch Cotto next year but if the outcome is the same does anyone think that he'll rematch Williams ?

I think Margarito has been fighting so long to get into the spotlight he wants to make his money before taking on Williams.

He is gonna try to fight Oscar and Cotto is, now seems to be Margarito's time to make the big bucks and he isnt gonna risk it on a Williams fight at this point.

I hope he does; I want to see him avenge that loss he took{or attempt to}. Whether he does or not is hard to tell.

I seriously doubt he is that worried about Williams that he wouldn't rematch him; though like Majesty said he is on borrowed time and he might just want to get all the $$$ he can from bigger names.

I personally think he will rematch Williams, as I think he is prideful and doesn't want to go out without ever having rematched the guy who beat him decisively in the prime of his career. I for one would be disappointed in him if he didn't.

Margarito is not stupid. He is at the top and he don't want to leave no time. At first I respected him for fighting anybody, but now i see it's not that he would fight anybody, he had no choice he would take any fight that he could get. Clottley and Williams were fights he had to take. As soon as he become the top man in the division what does he do? He calls a out Oscar. At this point in time if anybody calls out Oscar they just want money, because there is too much talent in out there to want to fight him. Oscar is no where near what he use to be. When they ask Margarito about Williams are Clottley all of sudden he becomes death. He act like he don't speak spanish or english F@#k you Toni. Stop ducking him and take the fight. Why the hell would he want to fight Cotto again or even Cintron after he destroyed both of them the first time. He knows what he is doing.There is no way in hell unless he really really have to will fight Williams again. He is going to duck him as much as possible!!!
