He's not the only one, Barrios came in too heavy as well.
They had to come to an agreement on weight. Rocky is letting him come in at 133, but he has to pay Rocky for it.
Didn't Barrios have problems with his weight before?

I know Barrios has sustained several injuries in the last year so that may have something to do with it.

He didn't make weight. Barrios lost the title on the scales. It was only available to GuzmanHmmm, for some reason, I thought he didn't make weight when he fought Guzman.I don't think he has...
