when i saw the thread title the 1st name that came in my head was a brit boxer called Michael broadie, he might have won the domestic,commonwealth & euro belts but he must of been the unluckiest fighter in world title fights ever, got robbed against willie john then in his next title fight if i remember right against injin chi he got 1 point wrongfully deducted then there was confusion with the scorecards on of the judges mis calculated & got the score wrong after that it ended up a draw, (classic fight it could of gone either way but i though broadie was a round up) got pasted in the rematch & got ko'd near the middle of the fight, then after the two wars with injin chi had took his toll he fought scott harrison for the title, but ko'd by a body shot (he was a bit shot by then)
quality little fighter just didn't quite happen for him
Yeah Brodie getting robbed in his own backyard was a sickener.. bet he loves it when people waffle on about bullshit hometown decisions 
Chi-Brodie was a brilliant fight. I reckon Chi was the one a bit hardone by though considering he was declared the winner, in the ring, only to be told draw backstage. Certainly put it right in the return though.
