Thread: Wish me luck..

I'm about to head out, middle of the day, final weekend day before christmas, to do about 4 hours of christmas shopping...

I'm leaving my girlfriend at home.. As much as I could use the female help picking stuff for people, she has a patience and temper that lasts about 3 seconds in busy shopping centres before she's rolling her eyes, groaning, pushing past people, swearing, storming through the rare breaks in the crowds, and the many other ways pure anger and impatience can manifest itself on unsuspecting strangers.... It can really put you of what could be a relaxing day shopping.. So she's being left at home, and Dizaster's going it alone today!



Has anyone else still got lots of stuff to buy?

I've done all my Christmas shopping and I didn't even leave my chair.

Amazon even wrap my presents for me

You have an excuse though... direct sunlight after all these years could be extremely hazardous to you.!

Hey bud, I'm sure your girlfriend is a lovely gal, so don't take this the wrong way, but do you ever find yourself asking her "What the hell did I do wrong now" Or is this rage pretty much reserved for others?

Good luck.....a little nip of your favorite beverage can make the crowds more bearable

I finished up yesterday except one gift for the kiddies (Nephew & niece)...one of those giant talking dinosaurs,Named 'Kat'(?) a big ol triceratops that eats,woddles,etc. No luck

Nuh nuh, some is reserved for me..

I slowly try to drop back about 5 or 6 yards out of embarrassment, but she'll stop, turn around and say "Well, hurry up!". There is no winning with women I tells ya!

No I did a little and that's probably all I'm going to do.

I still have to buy the GF and sister presents, but I really can not be bothered going to the shops or anything. I think I'm going to go hire out some dvd's instead. Good luck Diz, i'm sure you are going to need it.

Not until the tikes are able to lift a shovel and follow him around lol....nah.... I'm hunting down the dinosaur tomorrow.

Man i hate going shopping this time of year. I usually do all my shopping online. Since I live in Florida and all of my family is in New York I usually just order online and have shipped to there house.
