This is a description of one of the jobs from the Co-op job board (I'm doing a Co-op designation with my degree).

"The primary duty of the position involves viewing sexually explicit motion pictures; this will expose the viewer to graphic and realistic depictions of nudity and sexual activity. The successful applicants will spend approximately 50% of every day viewing and working with this explicit sexual material. This material has been described by forensic psychologists as toxic for some people and a potential contributor to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The successful applicant must be able to view and discuss this material without reservation. Some individuals may find this work environment to be stressful and monotonous; the successful applicant must be able to maintain morale and occupational health.

...An off-site psychologist is on call at all times for staff to visit anonymously; in fact, co-op students are encouraged to visit the psychologist at the beginning and end of their work terms"

wage: $20.70 CDN/hr.

ha I tell you what nobody is as qualified for the job as I am. I'm put off by the 'The successful applicants will spend approximately 50% of every day viewing and working with this explicit sexual material' quote though, I'm not sure if I want to cut down my hours that much.

I'd need to go on some kind of program to wean me off my addicition a bit if I was only going to watch stuff for half the day.

So what other perks are, are we supposed to jack off whilst watching? Are we watched and in a room with other people?

Not a good fit. You probably won't be able to whack off while you're working.

"Look ma...no hands!' immediately popped into my head. Not even sure if it makes sense.

Do they mind if you wank off during work hours? Bilbo may get fired on day one.

Not to mention the injury payouts the company will be up for from biblo's R.S.I

They'll need to supplement an hour of the viewing time with a program of stretching, physiotherapy and strengthening of the hand, wrist and arm muscles to prevent injury...

The more you think about it, he'd probably end up being a liability to the company.... But you just can't pay for the experience Biblo has in this field, so the positives probably outweigh the negatives..
