On TV Azteca, the baby face assasin continues his return tour against John Nolasco (17-4-4, 8 KOs). Is the Amir Khan fight been signed yet? if so I guess this is a tune up?

The key is Self-discipline.
honestly didnt know he was fighting! yeah it must be a tune up. wasnt that long since his last one was it?
According to boxrec which isn't always reliable he's fighting some guy with a 1-7 record.
Marco Antonio Barrera
boxrec is talking out of its ass as usual. this Nolasco isnt 1-7.He is 17-4. He went the distance with Luevano so he is durable.
Barrera boxed in China, Tonight he fights in Mexico. In March he fights in England and in April he fights in America. He is putting every other boxer to shame with how busy he is.
Oh my bad. I still say Boxrec is ghey though
Ill get this on a torrent 2mora but i wont be able to watch it live. ill be watching gsp outpoint BJ Penn instead
Barrera won by 3rd round DQ after a headbutt opened a huge gash over Barrera 's left eye. He was originally supposed to face John Nolasco, but he didn't show up for the weigh-in. Some are reporting that the cut could place Barrera vs. Khan in jeopardy.
That is a tough break. I hope that the cut can be healed in time and it doesn't affect Barrera's training camp or if they have to, push the match-up back a little. Just a bad break for a fight which made no difference whatsoever for Barrera.
Barrera wins, suffers cut!
Solis TKOs Meza-Clay in eliminator
By Lee Bates
Ring legend Marco Antonio Barrera (65-6, 43 KOs) won by third round disqualification over emergency replacement Freudis Rojas (1-8-1) on Saturday night at the Auditorio Telmex de la UG in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. Rojas was DQ’d for a headbutt which left Barrera with a bad gash over his left eye. The cut could jeopardize Barrera’s scheduled March 14 clash against Amir Khan in Manchester, England. Barrera was originally slated to face John Nolasco on Saturday night, but Nolasco didn’t show up at the weigh-in, so Marco Antonio was pressed into facing Rojas, whom he knew absolutely nothing about.

In the co-feature, featherweight Jorge Solis (37-1-2, 27 KOs) scored a fifth round stoppage of Monty Meza Clay (28-2, 19 KOs) in an IBF eliminator.

Had a feeling something like this would happen do you think Frank paid the original guy not to fight haha
Its the only thing that could have gone wrong and it did !
Wow, youd think Rojas won the fight by his reaction. I dont think hell be televised again anytime soon. I doubt mar. 14 will happen now.

You could almost hear his frustration when he clapped his gloves.
"Fuck!! There goes that easy payday!!"
Why did Barrera win? Should have been a no contest.
