    Default Londoners....Little help

    Thorpe Park or Chessington?

Which is better for a group of not so sensible adults?

LOL jesus i haven't been to either in years but i personally, enjoyed Chessington more. But they've probably changed both of them quite a bit since i went. But Thorpe Park has probably got the more thrill rides if thats what your looking for.

I've been quite a few places in London (Cockney girls wow). None of those places you mentioned though.

Chesington and thorpe park are both in and around the surrey area which is about 5-6 miles off of london.

Thorpe Parks excellent if you want a good day out with the kids but the prices are ridiculous and more often than not the main rides require a good wait, chessington though still overpriced offers much more sensible price structures.

For what its worth i assure every one of you i attended both parks when i was a minor and am indeed not a serial sex offender

Thorpe Park definitely, Chessington is shit now.

If you have a little look round the net you should find some discounts to make it cheaper. If you're going try going whilst schools are still on & fairly early because the queues get pretty big later in the day.

    Found you one discount site

One of the things I miss about the UK is that there is ALWAYS something to do. Great amusement parks all over the country with lots of quality rides.

And I criticise London a lot, I certainly wouldn't want to live there. But as a tourist venue it is superb. So many great landmarks, museums and restaurants. Lots of stuff happening.
