Sakio Bika and Jean Paul Mendy are going to fight in an IBF eliminator

Golden boy offered Mendy $50,000. Mendy rejected and demanded a purse bid.

Golden Boy, the only promoter to bid, bid $30,000. Mendy is only entitled to 40% of the purse bid.

So now Mendy will earn $12,000 for the same fight in which he was offered $50,000 a couple of weeks ago.

He rejected an eliminator with Allan Green to enter the Super six tournament, to instead take an IBF eliminator for 12K

The super six fighters are making over a millon dollars a fight.
