Thread: Demetrius Hopkins Looked Terrible last Night

Is he done?
Thoughts?

I didn't he see the fight, but I've never thought of him as anything more than a decent fighter. He'll end up a gate-keeper at best.

Edit: Just found out he lost, I assumed he scraped out a win. Guess he already is a gate-keeper.

Metri has not looked good since before the Holt fight. Probably think he has hit the ceiling as far as his talent.

His corner was so frustrated I thought they we're going to start hitting em harder then opponent was.

i found it hilarious when his corner spit something like "you're gonna fight like this on national television?!?" at him hahaha

Hopkins has never been very good ...

That was a poor showing and the fight was really boring, bad advert for the game.

I agree. He has some talent, and he's a hard worker, I mean he can box, but he's always been top 20, top 15.

HBO and ESPN have tried many times to hype Demetrius because of his last name but he simply doesn't have the talent to be a real title contender. Never has.

And he lacks much power, I mean he KO'd a very shop worn Michael Warrick, but otherwise he hasn't knocked anyone of note out.
