It's a public park. A kid should be able to walk around without fear of getting obliterated by a skateboarder. On the other hand, the mother's trash. Probably from some low-life slum. Humanity at its "best".

Decent punch. A lot of these 'somebody got socked videos' the puncher doesn't know how to throw a punch. That one was ok.

People on Skateboards and bikes are a pain in the ass, most of the thick fuckers need
a good right hand between the eyes.
You have to agree when they are riding on the pavement, and you have no option but
to step into the road.

The skateboarder should be done for assault. Deserved everything he got.

Over 30 years ago I worked with a woman that got hit by a bicyclist at Venice Beach in LA- same beach as in this video, I think-and she was laid up for 6 months. Broken jaw, collar-bone, arm, really hurt.
If you are flying around in a public, heavily populated place, you need to watch where you are going. Especially for little kids; they sometimes don't look out for themselves. For a parent, you see you child get bowled over, what do you do? In that first flash of protective aggression, I'd have broke the board over his head.

He lucky that was just mom and dad wasn't there

Been there, done that on both sides. Ask any law in fifty States and the skater is immediately at fault. Probably banned and ticketed for skating in "public domain" without it even happening in the first place. In that one though, one was a careless accident...and one was assault. The dude should have shown more compassion and checked little man out for sure, but I doubt he was trying to intentionally transition into an unattended infant. Mom should be charged and herself hope the teen wasn't a minor. If it was dad punching a teenager he might of got a set of trucks across the nose.

Skateborder should have slapped her back and said like I knew it was your son's birthday as I would not have done it then.

You make sure your kids alright first. If your fist thought is I'm gonna punch this guy you probably should have invested in some condoms some time back.

Yeah she didnt telegraph it.

I know its a technicality, and he should'nt be skating in a public walkway and he got his. But the kid turns into the skater at the last second on the run.
It must run in the family cause mum turned one into the skater too.
makes you wonder who held her down long enough to get her pregnant, as you say, just as well he wasnt there.

Not to mention her just sauntering over like she was enjoying the weather. A mom running for a down toddler would be in full blown hysterical ninja mode and kicking the shit outta the 1,2 of his guys filming her lil one. She didn't even glance at them
