Skateboarder accidently runs into a kid.. Kid's mom retaliates with a right hook

Over 30 years ago I worked with a woman that got hit by a bicyclist at Venice Beach in LA- same beach as in this video, I think-and she was laid up for 6 months. Broken jaw, collar-bone, arm, really hurt.
If you are flying around in a public, heavily populated place, you need to watch where you are going. Especially for little kids; they sometimes don't look out for themselves. For a parent, you see you child get bowled over, what do you do? In that first flash of protective aggression, I'd have broke the board over his head.

Been there, done that on both sides. Ask any law in fifty States and the skater is immediately at fault. Probably banned and ticketed for skating in "public domain" without it even happening in the first place. In that one though, one was a careless accident...and one was assault. The dude should have shown more compassion and checked little man out for sure, but I doubt he was trying to intentionally transition into an unattended infant. Mom should be charged and herself hope the teen wasn't a minor. If it was dad punching a teenager he might of got a set of trucks across the nose.

You make sure your kids alright first. If your fist thought is I'm gonna punch this guy you probably should have invested in some condoms some time back.
