How do you guys treat & stop them happining? every training session i develop a new one under another. Im guessing its from piviting my foot when im throwing the left hand. It's effecting movment when they start to get a bit painful with them been layer under layer

Is that on the side of your foot? Are you a southpaw?

Let them heal, soak em in hydrogen peroxide... I had crazy blisters when I played soccer, and the only way is to let them heal. After they heal, try to provide extra support to prevent them from happening. Compression, better shoes, ect. When I got the blisters, it was from my shoes. I would look there first.

    Cheers
