Common man, Mexico is way to far from the Philippines. 45's bouncing off? Please check your history. The 45 was designed after other calibers failed to stop attacking Filipinos. The Filipino secret was in scarves tightly tied in various parts of the body to prevent excessive bleeding in the event of gun shot wounds.

Drugs came to the Philippines via China in the 70's and not during WWI.

Mexican Pharmacies is not a Filipino drug.
