favorite plyometric exercise
ive found that the exercise that works the best for me is doing 15 pushups rest 15 sec. 14 push ups rest 15 sec. then 13,12,11,10, when u get to 8 u only get 5 sec. rest.....u can do this for anything pullups, dips except u may have to start out with less reps on those.....after doing this i like to finish off by using a sledgehammer for as long as i can handle
Re: favorite plyometric exercise
yeah! we do that stuff aswell. try changing your push ups like from normal to for hands facing out or those first push ups. and also if u wanted to, try opposite push ups :P like hold yourself just above the ground in a push ups position ( even this is hard work ;) ) and push yourself up and go back down real quick. you might already do this stuff :P but just in case

Re: favorite plyometric exercise
I sure what you guys are talking about is plyometric. I have always been under the impression that plyometrics have to be fast movements that emphasise explosiveness!
For instance doing 10 ordinary pressups and then moving straight into 10 clap pressups, this way you work the slow twitch muscle fibres with the 1st set and then you work the fast twitch muscle fibres with the second set of pressups. Just my thoughts!
