1. whats an average max for pushups? I just started doing them last month and my max is prolly about 30. I really have no idea how great im doing.
2. I hear that during a fight you are supposed to watch your opponets gloves, like it slows down the fight, is that true? explain.

Thats pretty good to start30 correct ones to start is good.Theres people who tell me they look at eyes not gloves, I always remember Terry Downes telling me Ive never been hit with a fucking pair of eyes only with fists I agree with him
ye 30 is pretty gud..i havent dune them in ages n just started agen n can only do 30 now
n personally i look at their chin and hone in on it, from there you can see where their gloves are, body is and where their head is moving

Im looking to get into a protien shake or some safe supplement. I dont need to lose any weight (im 135 lbs). I work out before I go to sleep and I just want something I can suck down to give me that extra muscle. Any suggestions? Thanks.

just get a good whey protein powder to mix with skim milk or water and drink it after your workout
I take champion pro-score 100, its got like 34 grams of protein and like 180 some odd calories a serving, but Im cutting weight and it works for me in that sense.
my older bro takes protein with like 55 grams of protein a serving, he swears by it and hes strong as an ox, cant remember what it is, Ill see if I can look it up
