(making weight) am i the only one that goes threw this???
so i'm fighting next week and its time to make the weight (132). so its time to start cutting calories, cutting meals, sweating like an animal and chewing gum and spitting like its going out of style LOL i'm in da gym every day with my sauna suit working on one meal a day and feeling deprived and weak at times. i go threw this every time and its no picnic. i'm usualy around 138-140 but the guys in those divisions have arms twice as big as mines. LOL any wayz i'm not the only one that goes threw this am i??? theres got to be an easier way.

If losing weight were easy, everyone would be doing it.

Losing weight is easy clubber...2 things..diet and exercise. Most people just aren't disciplined enough to have those things working in sync.
I understand where you're coming from though boxman. It's murder to lose those few extra pounds in something like boxing. Your body doesn't want to give them up and will fight you for them!

Check this I'm 6'1'' Two weeks away from boxing or excercise I'm a muscular 166.
With maintaining a boxer's diet and my own brand of cardio I walk around at fighting weight of 154, never hungry or weak and feeling quick and strong in the ring, starvation will only leave you hungry for

Theres no reason why you can't live at or very near your respected fighting weight with regular training and a good diet.
Boxman if you're worried about the other guys "arm size" you've a confidence problem.
If you're solid at the same weight yet they look much bigger, you're in better shape and should be smiling.
Look at the size of Joe Calzaghes arms compared to Jeff Lacy's.
