(making weight) am i the only one that goes threw this???
so i'm fighting next week and its time to make the weight (132). so its time to start cutting calories, cutting meals, sweating like an animal and chewing gum and spitting like its going out of style LOL i'm in da gym every day with my sauna suit working on one meal a day and feeling deprived and weak at times. i go threw this every time and its no picnic. i'm usualy around 138-140 but the guys in those divisions have arms twice as big as mines. LOL any wayz i'm not the only one that goes threw this am i
theres got to be an easier way.
