Can you believe this crap? It was close fight and the judges saw it the way they saw it. We all have to live with that now. It's not like the last Casamayor fight where it was total washout. It was an incredibly competitive fight.
Conflict of interest in it's purest form.
Golden Boy is hurting the sport in more ways now. How did they ever think that buying that company would give the sport any credibility with MMA breathing down boxings neck.

Yeah is they want the Ring Championship Status to have any merit at all, they need to respect the judges that made the decision. If they try to influence us with their own goals, they will fail.

The article only notes that a couple of journalist who work for The Ring scored the fight for JMM. (Big Deal)
Your thread implies that The Ring is taking an official position or something.
You will see 100% more integrity in The Ring then in all of the alphabet Gangs put together.

Michael Marley’s Boxing Confidential – News, Analysis, and Commentary . I think Ring Mag has lessened their credibilities.
Just because Writers from The Ring scored the fight for JMM doesn't have any effect on the credibility of the Magazine.
Should all the journalist who worked for the Ring scored the fight for Manny because he won? No. they are independent writers, who scored the fight like they saw. It has nothing to do with the magizines credibility.

Again, it's not like Marquez completely dominated or Pac was not in the fight like Casamayor was thoroughly dominated in his last fight. Which is the reason for VD's appearance on the thread to disagree.
It was a great close fight and the judges picked Pac so golden boy.......errr, ring mag has to suck it up and not try to downplay Pacs accomplishment.
