Just downloaded one album, it came through as an aav file which was fine, went straight to my zen. Downloaded another and it's a mpeg-4/ m4p file that won't do a damn thing. Shithouses. Wouldn't have bought it if I'd known or the site said what format it would be in.

I generally get files through Soulseek,its almost allways an .mp3
I know next to nothing about these things, but what I have heard is that in order to use itunes you neen a true iPOD, but they're WAY overpriced. the Zen is good. you just need to go elsewhere to find music. that I cant help with.
been snooping round and it's actually something to remove the DRM, I've found some software you need to buy, not sure what free stuff is out there yet. I won't be beaten by that spacky faced Bill Gates!
Itunes can't be much worse than Limewire... Half the time you want to download a song it either says 'Needs More Sources' or 'Queued'.
I'm sticking with my 'Drag & Drop' MP3 player ;)

Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com usually has all those utility programs to convert shit.. just type in mp4 converter or something to that extent and you should find something.. good luck.
