Just downloaded one album, it came through as an aav file which was fine, went straight to my zen. Downloaded another and it's a mpeg-4/ m4p file that won't do a damn thing. Shithouses. Wouldn't have bought it if I'd known or the site said what format it would be in.

Anyone know of a free convertor?
