It's a big up and coming place for Brits to invest in as well. Now the war is over over there its being rebuilt and is expected to be one of the big tourism and growth areas in the next decade I think.
I have three mates, all wealthy and they have all bought villas over there dirt cheap, one has three now. Apparently they think its going to be one of the big growth regions soon.
One of them also told me he bought property over there so he could register a business in Cyprus which allowed him to bank with some foreign bank at 12% interest :o
Not sure if he ain't exaggerating that a bit though because that would make him crazy rich if it lasted a few years..........

I think the place in Northern Cyprus is a village rather than a kind of clubbing town. It varys depending on where you are, but yeah I would say its good out in Europe, although Cyprus they weren't really on it, like I gotta piece & so did my bredrin, but we both mixed-race & quite light skin so wasn't that much darker than them. In western Europe, Italy particularly, they are bang on it with black boysQuote:
