Its a sad day for boxing when a guy as limited as Manny is the top fighter in the sport....
What makes it worse is that he is only in the top spot thru bad judging, and retirements. I mean anyone who knows boxing clearly could see that JMM won their 2 fights, and if Joe C and particularly PBF were still around Manny would be 3 at best.
Top P4P fighters used to be great fighters like Roy jones, Pernell Whitaker, PBF, BHOP, and Trinidad. All guys that P4P would destroy Manny.

Sure... If you knocked down or stopped boxing legends like Marco Antonio Barrera, Erik Morales, Juan Manuel Marquez and Oscar Dela Hoya, you're the worst P4P #1 ever and you're not good for boxing... ;)

Manny Pac is a very good fighter, nobody can deny this. He has his limitations though and I agree that Marquez is the significantly better boxer over 24 rounds.
The only direction he can go is down now, just gotta give it a little time. Pac will fall. ;D :lickish:

It's not PAC's fault he's been installed at the no. 1 P4P boxer throne... He didn't buy that position... But to say that it's sad day for boxing having PAc at that position is totally ridiculous... PAC had done a lot for boxing... He bring excitement to the sport... He's one of the most exciting boxers around...

It is a sad day cos it shows the standard of boxing is slipping. I never said its Manny's fault but truth is he shouldnt be #1 in any era.
