Would you buy PPV to watch Margo fight outside the U.S.?
I probably would because the curiosity factor  would be too compelling. Also, there might be a chance he gets iced :foruml10gc5: depending on who he fights.
Re: Would you buy PPV to watch Margo fight outside the U.S.?
I'd don't think he should be allowed to fight again! There's no way I'd pay to see him!!!
Re: Would you buy PPV to watch Margo fight outside the U.S.?
I would'nt myself...He should be facing a Worldwide ban now the cheating scumbag;D
Re: Would you buy PPV to watch Margo fight outside the U.S.?
I know, I know, but let's say he signs to fight Cotto in some neutral country or Mosley (again) in Mexico. Would you pay to see that?

If he fought one of those guys I'd watch (but not pay), I really hope none of the top guys give him the time of day. He doesn't deserve to make anymore money of this sport! His legacy is tarnished, every one of his wins are now tainted!!!

We would all love to see a rematch with Cotto...its a hard one!!
My morals say no,but my love of a good scrap says yes;D;D but a worldwide ban would would put pay to that as an option!
Re: Would you buy PPV to watch Margo fight outside the U.S.?
No.He should abide by the suspension and Arum should shut his pie hole. After that, curse me, but yeah,I'll watch him but not on PPV,beginning to stop those altogether

The thing for me is that I do not believe it is the 1st time Margarito has done this. Why all of a sudden would he want to use illegal hand wraps when he was so heavily favored? I hope he fades away altogether!

I must admit, with the quality of private streams now being so high (I'm talking subscription ones for around $10 month) I can't understand why any net savvy person would buy a PPV?
You can support the fighters I guess but if they are big enough to be on PPV they are already far better off than all of us and in some case multi millionaires so they can do without our dough.
I hate PPV I think its wrong by principle, you pay a subscription for a tv network they should pay for the fight out of the sub money.
There's too much greed in sport with people (not just boxing) wanting to earn millions and millions. Same with the film industry.

Hey now Hold on to your horses Bald Eagle!!!
What proof do the CA comission have that Margarito's wraps were illegal???
They have an envelope thin pad of gauze, damp. with an undetermined stain on it. On this pad, after very extensive tests, they found TRACE ELEMENTS!!! that means a miniscule amount , of sulpher.
Ok sulpher is found in Plaster of paris BUT its also found in hand creme.
This pad was handled by at least FIFTEEN!!!! people before being sealed for analysis. Is it beyond comprehension that was where the sulpher came from???
Where are the plastc inserts Nazim Richardson claimed fell out of them???? Where are the "Bricks" claimed to be in the wraps
Why isnt the CA Comissions Chief inspector being named and called to task?? After all he signed off on the initial wrap saying it was OK.
Then to add to the pantomime then he's allowed to give evidence supporting the wrap was illegal. ROFL
This whole scenario would be laughed out of any court in the land I'm just waiting for Margarito's lawyers to sue the CA comission for depriving a man of his livlihood and defamation of character..
The fact that his opponent that night Mosely is a KNOWN STEROID ABUSER himself but was allowed to escape unpunished only adds to the irony
Margarito's license should be activated again IMMEDIATELY
Re: Would you buy PPV to watch Margo fight outside the U.S.?
I really want to see him fight Cotto again. If Arum can negotiate Margarito through his ban and give him a tuneup to make him look a credible opponent again then a Cotto rematch would be huge. It would bring huge publicity to boxing for all the wrong reasons but it'd make a ton of money, something Arum won't have overlooked. There's a hell of a story to sell, a big hook to bring the punters in and get them ordering the PPV. No matter what Margarito, Cotto or Arum say publicly over the next year about whether it could happen I'm sure it will barring something going wrong, there's just too much potential money to be hoovered up for it not to happen. I think Cotto wins too.

Where do you get "trace elements" from?

Richardson said he asked to feel the wraps & felt something really hard outside the knuckles. When squeezed the thing fell out & the doctor said it looks like plaster they make casts out of.
I don't remember Richardson claiming plastic inserts?
The fact is illegal substances were found in Margarito's hand wraps & he should never be allowed to fight again!!!
I'm not supporting doping, but it is a different story than endangering a persons life!

Yeah,Im stuck within my evolution. Also the last thing I'll ever be accused of being is net savvy;D,have been playing catch up for what seems forever.Up until 3 years ago,I had never run a stream for a fight.Still rebuilding.PPV is a def drain on the funds and am pretty picky these days, maybe one every two months.I just have never liked watching fights on a desk top.....stuck in the past I suppose. It really is an entirely different world up on a huge flat screen, speakers blaring at full tilt,.....except when Lampley is on,then the mute button becomes essential:-X.Using more and more streams as we can find them.Your right, quality is much better as of late.............BTW anyone with a stream for the Antillon fight on Friday night, please wrap it up,would be a great gift ;D.
