Just got back from a health physical a while ago. How does my health sound?
-I'm 22 years old
-I'm 6 foot 3, weight 164.2 lbs. (I'm a skinny little s**t)
-Body fat is 11.6%
-Blood pressure was 118 over 78
-Right eye was 25/20 with near vision and 30/20 with far vision
-Left eye was 35/20 with near vision and 40/20 with far vision
The main thing I'm concerned about is my vision. Right now I still don't need glasses, I can see and read just fine, but is my vision a little off for someone my age?
how can your vision be off if you don't even need glasses? If i take my contacts out i'm blind as a bat..Quote:

oh.. well your eye sight will only get worse, not better.. unless you have the laser surgery.. but considering you don't even need glasses i wouldn't worry about a thing.Quote:

Your body fat percentage isn't alarmingly low really, i was just messing around.. but it wouldn't hurt to gain weight if it's possible.. i'd be scared if you lost weight, though.
My body fat is 19% and I thought I was doing ok lol
If you're trying to gain weight u need to eat more clas than u are burning. List what u eat in a typical day and ill help u out a bit if you want.
i think 15% - 20% is a healthy range.. anything below 15 then you're either trying to get real ripped or you just have a real skinny frame i guess.Quote:

Prob. the most unhealthy I have been, and this is justa guesstimation, was around 5%. Posted in another thread, but yea...was there because I starved, dehydrated, and cut cut cut to lose 8 + lbs in a week.
Interestingly it takes 6% body Fat to run a Marathon. Plus they dont measure eyesight in 20 anymore its 6s,the person with perfect eyesight is 1 in 33,000,000, Rare ;D
Got my bodyfat done just yesterday - 12%
10-18% is "healthy"
under 10% is under, so you're just fine there Clubber.
Not much you can do about your eyes mate and at the end of the day, the worst thing that happens is you get glasses.
You're in no danger of losing your sight!
