oh.. well your eye sight will only get worse, not better.. unless you have the laser surgery.. but considering you don't even need glasses i wouldn't worry about a thing.
Your body fat percentage isn't alarmingly low really, i was just messing around.. but it wouldn't hurt to gain weight if it's possible.. i'd be scared if you lost weight, though.

If you're trying to gain weight u need to eat more clas than u are burning. List what u eat in a typical day and ill help u out a bit if you want.

Prob. the most unhealthy I have been, and this is justa guesstimation, was around 5%. Posted in another thread, but yea...was there because I starved, dehydrated, and cut cut cut to lose 8 + lbs in a week.
Interestingly it takes 6% body Fat to run a Marathon. Plus they dont measure eyesight in 20 anymore its 6s,the person with perfect eyesight is 1 in 33,000,000, Rare![]()

10-18% is "healthy"
under 10% is under, so you're just fine there Clubber.
Not much you can do about your eyes mate and at the end of the day, the worst thing that happens is you get glasses.

I did it twice. Once for the provincials, cutting from around 161 to 154 making (70kgs), as was only way to get fights made. Then had a fight in between 75 kg but was closer to 162, then shortly after cut again to 69kg to get a match. Did that all in a 6-7 week period or so. Rediculous stuff. I even sauna'd the morning of one fight, or it wasn't going to happen. To shave off 2 more lbs. Like I say, did just about every wrong thing a person could. And yea, I was messed up. Won them tho, decisively. One stoppage on pts, other Unam. decision with a KD. But lacked normal power and luckily didn't take much in the way of shots. Won't be tryin' to make 69 or 70 kg again, like ever. Just too dangerous, and also even harder as I continue to naturally grow. Walking around right at 165 (75kg) now.
If I had been up against better opponents I think i would have been in a world of trouble.
