Answer me this on the Super 6?.....
I'm assuming all of the fights will be title fights where applicable.
Lets say:
Froch loses his title.
Dirrell then puts his new title on the line and loses it
Froch wins it back in his 3rd fight!
Would be a funny turn of events! ;D
Also, does anyone else think this tourny looks incredibley un-organised? 6 fighters, who won't all fight each other and it doesn't seem to have been decided just who is fighting who or even how many fights there will be!
Are they planning on making it up as they go along!?
Re: Answer me this on the Super 6?.....
I would like some clarification too. All I know is that Ward is fighting Kessler then Taylor, Dirrell's camp didn't want to commit to a third fight.

The winner get 2 points, 3 if he gets a KO, yes they making it up as they go along. Enjoy the ride.:D

Nah, that's probably all changed because Ward went on about how all of his fights are in the States after the Pudwill fight. It seems they've decided to re-work it after this because a lot of the other fighters didn't feel it was fair that Ward never travelled when the rest of them were. So until this round is over, they won't announce the next one. I get the impression that Showtime have invested enough that they're more prepared than we give them credit for.

Who they are fighting in the round robin stage has all been decided. But not all the venues and dates as far as i know.
I know froch has Kessler then Abraham after Dirrell. Can't remember the rest off the top of my head but i posted it all a couple of weeks ago.

If you watched the first episode of Fight Camp 360, they decided to rework the set of fixtures based on Ward announcing that he had all his fights at home. What looked like happening was that Taylor was going to fight Kessler in Denmark, but nothing on the other fights

Yea i just saw that, i didn't realise that they changed the fixtures though, i just thought they basically said Ward could go jump.
Re: Answer me this on the Super 6?.....
and why shouldnt ward travel?? juseus you wouldnt hear froch with these fony excuses
Re: Answer me this on the Super 6?.....
I really don't see this tournament ever being completed
Re: Answer me this on the Super 6?.....
There's no chance this will play out as intended.
Each fighters worth will change depending on whether they win or lose. How they gonna sell losing fighters that get badly beaten? So they'll be arguing over money. They'll be cries of hometown robbery. They'll be calls for rematches. They'll be injuries. Pull outs.
At least the first round fights were top class. ;D
Re: Answer me this on the Super 6?.....
No, its hard to see it being completed.
Theres no way of the fighter or their management deciding on who is best for them to fight, they are supposed to fight all the others are they not?
Two of the major belts are in this tournament so the only reason for any of them to jump ship is to fight the Bute v Andrade winner or move up.
Someone like Taylor who may have been thinking on retirement could either lose all hope and quit after another loss or just take the guaranteed money on offer for the other bouts whithout training.
Is there a schedule?

I hate to agree but I am starting to see the same thing. Let's just say Taylor gets stopped by Abraham. I'd see Taylor retiring rather than fight Ward. Same goes with anyone of these fighters. Who is to say if any of these fighters get stopped they won't through in the towel and call it a career.
Re: Answer me this on the Super 6?.....
Is it in the contract that they have to follow through to the end?
