No, its hard to see it being completed.

Theres no way of the fighter or their management deciding on who is best for them to fight, they are supposed to fight all the others are they not?

Two of the major belts are in this tournament so the only reason for any of them to jump ship is to fight the Bute v Andrade winner or move up.

Someone like Taylor who may have been thinking on retirement could either lose all hope and quit after another loss or just take the guaranteed money on offer for the other bouts whithout training.

    Is there a schedule?

I hate to agree but I am starting to see the same thing. Let's just say Taylor gets stopped by Abraham. I'd see Taylor retiring rather than fight Ward. Same goes with anyone of these fighters. Who is to say if any of these fighters get stopped they won't through in the towel and call it a career.

Is it in the contract that they have to follow through to the end?

Yeah, I also read somewhere (in a Froch interview I think) that any fighter who doesn't fulfill his obligations will be contractually unable to fight elsewhere until the end of the entire series. So there will be no jumping ship to HBO after a few decent performances. My only worry is with Taylor who might just retire. Don't see any of the other guys doing it before the tournament is up.

Yeah I get that feeling. Shame as like was said it has good fighters and belts to win. Never know it might suprise us. If there is upsets then it will get exciting.

I think they've picked Frochs fights and everyone else just seems to have to go with what ever they can get. Dirrell also, they make sure the big fghts are lined up.

It seems like it wants to be prizefighter, but is more of an ashes. (goes on for fucking ages and don't really understand the point in such a long dragged out process. -cricket that is, bores the shit out of me!)

Wants to be Prizefighter?....Excuse me for rolling my eyes. I think as of right now, the tournament is fine and I have faith that we'll see it to the end.
