After seeing Berto lose to Ortiz for the first time last week, do you guys still think the Mosley fight is a farce compared to fighting Andre Berto?
Do you guys think that Berto hits harder or has a better chin than Shane at this point in their career?
I still think shane has power, that always seems to be the last to go. I still believe he has a good chin too, probably about the same as Berto at this stage in their careers. When Berto was dropped by Ortiz he seemed to respond well to the knockdown. It seems the a dumb move now had Pac-Berto fought. But before Before Berto-Ortiz i wated to see Pac-Berto, he was a young, fast champion. Hell the way Top Rank works we may see Pac-Berto next ;D
Let us answer the question after the Shane fight and see what he has left.

it is a daft fight to take for manny , if he wins easily people will say shane was shot , if he struggles , then he takes flack.
I just wonder how long mosley and his team are going to continue milking that win over Margarito.

I would have personally much rather seen Manny be the first to pop Berto's cherry then fight Mosley, but now that Ortiz has already done it, Pacquiao-Mosley makes a whole lot more sense.
Pacquiao-Mosley will make a ton of money, that's the reason Arum made the fight, Pacquiao-Berto wouldn't have made half as much, it was strictly a business decision.
Callazo fought most the fight with one hand and Vargas was a long way past his best and probably in no kind of shape.Quote:

But if those two were great wins how come no one ever mentions them? it's always margarito, margarito, margarito.
I was hoping Berto got the fight instead of Mosley. Just because he's young and his future could have been bright with a win. But seeing that fight, Pacman would have finish him early. And thinking about it, when the Mosley vs Berto fight was made, I can't see Mosley losing against Berto.
After Mosley beat Pacman, I wonder how would an Ortiz vs Mosley fight look?;D
