Had the pleasure of meeting Randy and Miss Elizabeth 25 or so years ago. Both were very pleasant though she was quiet (and absolutely gorgeous). Both gone now. I'm old.
Me and my bros were big fans as kids.
R.I.P. Randy Savage.
R.i.p
Legend!
RIP
I remember seeing him jump from the top of a cage in ICW when I was a little kid. I can still picture that plain as day - he was nothing if not impressive.
shit
rip randy
can't believe the number of wrestling stars I watched religiously in early 90s that have died :-\
Apparently cocaine and roids do damage...who knew?
All day I've been thinking what Randy would say as his "Promo" for going to Heaven. So far I've come up with this:
"Let me tell you MEAN Gene...the Macho Man is done with this earthly world, he's ascending farther and farther up those GOLDEN stairs...yeah...he's climbing higher and higher oh yeah. Macho is going to reach those pearly gates, yeah, and he's gonna climb up to the very tippy top, and THEN......the elbow is coming flying down OOOOH YEAH!!!! DIG IT?!?"
Total legend, R.I.P
...Apparently the rapture will commence when Macho Man flying elbow drops Earth off its axis.
Best voice of any wrestler, usually I would get tired when other guys would do their promos and interviews but not Macho, he was always full of energy and very funny, great personality.
absolute legend
loved watching him as a kid, his match with ricky steamboat at wrestlemania 3 paved the way for many a wrestler
RIP randy, ooooooooh yeaaaaahhh
RIP Macho Man. It's depressing how many wrestlers have died that I grew up watching every week :-\
DEAD WRESTLERS
Unbelivable how many are dead
Mr Perfect
Earthquake
Test
Bam Bam Bigelow
British Bulldog
Eddie Guerrero
The Big Boss Man
The list is endless.
It amazes me how Jim Ross managed to keep it together when Owen Hart died given that he'll have been one of the closest to it. Very sad. I remember the Guerrero one in particular got to me more because he used to be one of my favourites ever since he was in WCW in the mid to late 90's.
