So, i'm stopping gym training for a month in january so i can concentrate in my finals and so i've been thinking what i can do to improve my game without going to the gym(thinking outside of the box so to speak).
In that process i thought about the importance of being able to early see the punches coming when they are being thrown against you. I've researched a little and i came to stumble on the notion of dynamic visual Acuity, the ability to see and focus on moving objects as to determine their trajectory and to react quickly to said movement and it seems that it can be improved upon training.
I believe of course that many people before me have thought about this and im willing to bet that some of you train your eyes as a part of your training regiment.
Since i want to improve my defensive game and i trully believe that this could really help that improvement i would be really interest on your opinions about this and exercises that you do or have done that improved your hability to see punches coming.
Thanks in advance ;) ( i am expecting something from you on this subject, Scrap :p (as in any other boxing training related question tbh))
