Yes this is what im talking about. He has lots of fights against nobodies but now he wants to fight Devon Alexander. He also wanted to fight Khan before this so it looks like one of our guys is finally ready to step up. We also have Groves going for Steglits. A dangerous move going for a guy ranked fourth in the world with only 14 fights under his name but if he loses and puts up a good fight, it will not do any damage to his career. Look at Khan and Prescot. Khan lost his 18th fight against Prescot and is still UKs top fighter.
Cleverly really needs to be the one to make a move now.

Hearn's says that GBP do not want the fight in July but August so think that is their excuse not to make the fight. Brooks will beat Alexander.
Brook just isnt that good , he doesnt hit hard at top level , hangs his chin in the air , and will lose soon. watch this space.

They're only mentioning Alexander's name to make it look like they're trying to get a world level opponent for brook's next fight. There's zero chance Golden Boy are going to let Alexander come to Britain to be the opponent for the house fighter. If Brook really want s to fight him he'll have to go to America.
