Definitely a super-easy timekeeping fight. He certainly deserves to take one of these, though I would have preferred Pavlik (which I also view as totally noncompetitive but that one would at least be slightly interesting).

First thing that came to mind was putting ketchup packets into a blender ??? Froch by demolition.
I won't be surprised if Mack is ahead on the cards when Froch stops him.
Yes the kid can box, he just can't sustain it against the best. Man he has gotten some big fights too, Cloud, Johnson, now Froch. He must have great management. His manager or promoter or whomever used to post on here too.Quote:

On paper it appears to be a near blow out though.
I am sure we have Mack's manager/trainer on here some times. Mack is a reasonable fighter, not in Froch class but will give it a go.
The other thing about Mack as an opponent is that he is an American, who has been on HBO/Showtime a couple of times. If Froch wants to remain relevant to the American boxing public, but also fight a stay-busy fight, he's not a poor choice.
A deserved and decent keep busy fight for froch.

If froch can catch him that is, look at how hard it was for andarade in the early rounds.
Quite an easy fight for Carl, although I guess he deserves one. Think he'll ever fight Cleverly?

No chance! Froch has no business at that weight. He is a natural super mid weight. Cleverly should fight Hopkins etc but he wont because he won't travel like froch. Froch has nothing to prove at domestic level. Cleverly hasn't proved yet and fighting froch isn't the answer but granted would be a big scalp.
Calzaghe didn't give froch a chance so why should froch give cleverly a chance
I saw mack against Johnson, wasn't too impressed. As soon as Froch ups his work rate he should get him out of there. Hope Froch keeps his eye on the ball though, would hate a slip up.
