And how long has it been? I stopped smoking weed few years ago and never looked back but cigarette is so much harder I think..
I can go on a day without smoking but after a meal, I crave for it so bad and if somebody next to me smokes one, it just smells so good..
What are the benefits of being smoke free and what differences did you feel in your body after you quit?

Andre, dam what a classic commercial dude that takes me back.. I used to collect marlboro miles and got a bunch of free marlboro gears like red jacket, zippos and shit like that back in the days.. the biggest thing I got was a pool table after me and my homies all chipped in marlboro miles ..

VD, cigs dont get u high but that's not really why we smoke.. it is more like a bad habit and helps me think .. sometimes it calms me down too. Whenever my girl asks me why I smoke I tell her, girl im not smoking cigarette, im just smoking life...

After kids came, i never touched them again.
No one can see the insides of their body and each smoke is destroying your lungs and pushing you towards cancer.
Every smoke causes damage and is killing you..and theres no coming back from dead.

I do not smoke, tried them but could not inhale it properly, tried mint ones and they were crap.
The benefits are your health and well being, you do not smell like an ash tray, you have more money in your wallet. Do something else with your hands.

I smoked Cowboy Killers and Cloves brought back from TJ during highschool and stopped smoking cigs about 90'. Smoked bud and hash for the first time in 84 and just about bonged it up everyday until 2010 when I ran out and got tired of 'the hunt'. Its been a long good 4+ years though but thinking about a comeback :indian_chief: . Only for one match, of course. Just to see if "I still have it" :-X But I wouldn't pick up another cigarette if you payed me.
I smoked for to long , but gave up 6 years ago.

I started smoking in 1960 and worked up to two packs a day. I started quitting around 1985.
I've quit for 2, 5, and 4 years. I've quit several times (didn't keep count) for a few months. This coming May it will be for 8 years.
I can safely say I'm a non smoker but I'm still vigilant.
