Well it's not really that big of a stretch, given that Hopkin's team caught Felix with illegal wraps a year or so later.

I don't know much about Felix's illegal wraps or how much bang they would add to Felix's punch so who knows.

they weren't loaded wraps, even Richardson himself said this, the way they were wrapped was ONLY illegal in NY, it was legal in nearly every other state, including Nevada, so like I said it's a non issue, people might as well start defending Juarez against Barrera in the rematch cause tape so high up on the gloves is also prohibited
