they weren't loaded wraps, even Richardson himself said this, the way they were wrapped was ONLY illegal in NY, it was legal in nearly every other state, including Nevada, so like I said it's a non issue, people might as well start defending Juarez against Barrera in the rematch cause tape so high up on the gloves is also prohibited

Joppy just had no respect for Tito's punch power, was taking the shots on the jaw flush, stubbornly, kinda like Mayorga did, but less showy.
