The highly-regarded Lydell (Haskell?) Rhodes is a friend of Floyd Mayweather and is trained by Mayweather Sr.
In some places he's called "Lydell" but on BoxRec he's "Haskell".
Lipinets is age 26 and Rhodes is age 28. Both are former MMA fighters.

Like Rhodes, Lipinets has taken on a heavy a workload to start his career, fighting—and winning—seven times since making his pro debut in April 2014.
A 26-year-old native of Kazakhstan who now fights out of Russia, Lipinets kicked things off with a six-round unanimous-decision victory over journeyman Franklin Varela in Moscow, then followed that with six consecutive stoppages. The most recent was a third-round TKO of Kendal Mena on July 8 in New York City.
