I hadn't given this too much thought, but we're certainly at the time to do this. Some of my own boxing wishes for 2017 resemble your own, so you'll have to excuse the lack of originality until I come up with a better list. Actually, I'll just edit your own list, which is even worse. ;D

1. Joshua beats Klitschko (YES.... severely. Preferably by highlight reel KTFO.) , and goes on for a fight with Fury (and does the same to Fury. Call it payback for the crappy fight these two had.).
2. Haye and Bellew are both knocked out (similar to the Renda / Samuels fight a few years ago) - the closest it gets to both of those fools losing. (And the EXACT SAME THING for Canelo and JCC Jr. Call it karma justice for Canelo running from GGG at all costs.)
3. Eubank Jr's PPV selling less than 500 units.
4. Somebody really tests Golovkin - or someone good enough to do so rises from the ranks. (100% agreed. This way GGG will catch a break from those who for some reason insist on hating on him).
5. Brook v Khan - Brook wins by KO. (100% agreed again. See... I told you they were similar. I had already spoken about wanting this grudge match... and it's obvious it's Khan I'd like to see flat on his back... again).
6. The Selby brothers continue to rise (a bit of charisma for one or both might get them more sales though!)
7. Kovalev v Ward rematch. (F*cking A!! Except this time Kov comes ready to break both Ward's arms if he starts grappling with him again. Also, get true, unbiased international judges this time).
8. Stevenson vs the winner of that rematch. (Sure. But he'll have to be held at gunpoint).
9. Frampton v Santa Cruz proves to be just as good.
10. A champion rises from a boxing backwater (just for the fairytale story)
11. The old guys retire without too much damage - RJJ, B-Hop - I'm looking at you. (Too late for RJJ. Maybe B-Hop will be smarter).
12. some great KOs for the highlight reel. (Yes... absolutely!)
I'll add a couple of local-flavored wishes:
1. Felix Verdejo wins a championship in 2017.
2. Local prospects like Angel Acosta continue their rise and at least put themselves in contention in 2017.

4. Golovkin stops Jacobs
5. Brook v Khan - bitch about one another but avoid fighting each other
6. One of the Smith brothers becomes a champion
7. Ward retires for 2 years.
8. Stevenson fights and beats Pascal and Bute.
9. Frampton loses to Santa Cruz and they have a 3rd fight in the fall.
10. Tyson Fury comes back and wins his battle of depression and drugs.
11. Floyd comes back and Primo and Batman lose their bets.

It's a good shout if you're over in the US, but this side of the pond we are seeing some moves from the smaller promoters heading in that direction. Despite the preposterousness of Eubank Jr's PPV bid, it is part of a domestic program for ITV, plus we have cards on Channel 5 and Spike over here, so we aren't completely written out if Sky Sports and BT Sports are out of budget here in the UK.

Tyson Fury retires from boxing and goes into politics. He is appointed Prime Minister of Britain. Don't be surprised, stranger things have already happened in politics this year.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jnr is lined up as Deontay Wilders next top class defence, but the fight is postponed when JCC fails weight.
Alexander Povetkin wins the newly created "PED Heavyweight Chamionship of the World" by knocking Lucas Brown's head off. No I mean it, by LITERALLY knocking his head off. In other news, Juan Manuel Marquez runs the 100m in 5.87 seconds
Floyd's long awaited comeback takes place. Negotiations with Christy Martin fall through so he scores a wide unanimous decision in a stinker against Laila Ali.
Muhammad Ali confounds the world by coming back and winning the heavyweight title yet again. Admittedly, he is a bit slower and stiffer than before but he has too much for the current generation of heavyweights.
The rematch between Andre Ward and Sergei Kovalev is organised for September, in Washington, with Barack Obama, John Kerry and Hilary Clinton as judges. Sergei surprisingly doesn't believe a fair decision will take place.
Don King stomps Dana White to death, and is elected as the new president of the UFC.
It is disclosed that Anthony Joshua is so perfect that his shit doesn't even stink. His Title defence against Derek Chisora is held on a floating barge on the Thames, in an homage to the bare knuckle fighters of the past. AJ's ring walk sees him walking on water to the ring.
Ricky Hatton divorces his wife for another man. He enters into a civil ceremony with Scott Harrison and they set up home under a railway bridge in Wolverhampton
David Haye also divorces his wife. He quickly marries himself.
