So I've just been typing a lengthy post but caught my Mouse pad whilst typing (or another button not sure what) and it went to forum home page and i lost the post.
Started to do it agaim and same thing happened - it might actually be the touch screen i keep catching with my little finger.
Anyway I notice posts auto save at points when you type - where does it auto save them to anyone know ?
Hate laptops sometimes......

Seems posts are auto saved while typing them out but not sure if it's at a certain number of lines, characters etc?
If you're bumped off thread for whatever reason, fat fingers, drunk or random flying cat it looks like you can hit 'reply to thread' again and look in the lower left corner of post window for a "restore auto saved content" feature, hit it and boom..there it is. I really could have used this when joined on dial up ;D.
