Dude was a partier, a heavy party partier and it was pretty well known as the drugs, drinking benders and sex parties and risky behavior came out. One month it was because of unprotected sex, then yes but it's not a death sentence and then it was from dirty needles for steroids. Not going to judge a dead man and family but by all accounts, he went more and more into some dark reclusive denial.
